DESCRIPTION

The RefectoCil® Eyelash Lift Kit Ultra lifts the lashes intensely and gives a fanned-out look that enhances their appearance even more. As a result, lashes appear longer and thicker. The gentle keratin-infused formula is suitable even for fine or sensitive lashes

HOW TO APPLY

• Remove contact lenses if present. Clean the eye area with micellar make-up remover and saline solution. Pat dry. Brush eyelashes lightly. • Select the Lifting Pad according to the desired effect and lash length and apply it to the eyelid without any glue. • Apply lash glue to the front of the pad and fix the lashes in place. • Apply Brow & Lash Perm– 6 min • Apply Neutralizer – 4 min • Optional: Tint lashes directly on the pads - 2 min. • Remove colour and pads with damp cotton pad.
